Salary: $140,000–$163,000 USD Annually

What you will do
- Diagnose complex business challenges through research, data analysis, and stakeholder interviews to develop recommendations for senior leadership.
- Scope ambiguous problems independently, building frameworks and project plans to drive aligned execution.
- Lead high-stakes cross-functional initiatives from problem framing through execution, owning both strategic and operational aspects.
- Collaborate across various functions to align stakeholders and ensure delivery.
- Design and implement scalable systems and processes to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Manage and develop a small team, coaching direct reports and creating structured development plans.
Requirements
- ~4–7 years of experience in consulting or a high-growth tech/healthcare company.
- Strong program management skills, including building project plans and managing timelines.
- Data-driven decision-making with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and working knowledge of SQL.
- Senior communication skills, comfortable presenting to leadership and influencing without authority.
- Experience managing at least one person, including performance conversations and feedback.
- AI-forward mindset, actively using AI tools to improve productivity.
