What you will do

• Develop overarching omnichannel strategy and marketing briefs across key sub-brands within American Girl.
• Lead meetings with project teams and track progress against timelines.
• Lead performance reporting across new launches, seasonal campaigns, and total brand POS reports.
• Lead day-to-day execution across assigned AG segments and monitor sales performance across all channels.

Requirements

• 3+ years of marketing experience in multi-channel Retail or Consumer Products industry.
• Integrated marketing experience required across paid media and owned channels including e-commerce, retail stores, e-mail, social, print/direct mail.
• Excellent written/verbal, time management and quantitative/analytical skills required.
• Ability to independently build compelling visual marketing presentations. Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
