What you will do

  • Manage the US product launch calendar and track key milestones across functional teams.
  • Prepare retailer presentations, performance recaps, and competitive trend insights.
  • Coordinate visual merchandising artwork and digital assets for e-commerce platforms.
  • Support the execution of brand events and consumer activations.
  • Handle product inventory requests for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets, including purchase orders and spend reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or consumer goods.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset for working within a fast-paced team environment.
