Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Lead go-to-market strategy, using data analytics to drive business decisions and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead innovation sizing process with the Sales Team, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and customer leads.
• Maintain a forward 3-year marketing calendar with dollarized programs to anniversary plans and drive incremental sales.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Supply-Chain, and Finance to implement localized marketing strategies aligned with global brand objectives.
• Drive sell-out acceleration, piloting the AOP non-saleable program and managing trade marketing budgets.
• Serve as a primary point person for retailer’s market week meetings and coordinate with local marketing on brand marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in trade/shopper marketing.
• Strong understanding of the US retail landscape (e.g., Sephora, Ulta, Macy’s, Nordstrom, Amazon).
• Proven project management and executional excellence.
• Creative with robust problem solving & analytical skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Beauty / luxury or FMCG industry experience preferred.
• Experience with syndicated data tools (NPD, Circana) is a plus.
• Passion for beauty, makeup, and luxury categories.
