What you will do

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to facilitate the execution of Sphere Experience performance campaigns and projects.
• Oversee asset creation and manage internal approvals for paid media deliverables and marketing campaigns.
• Manage weekly and monthly billing reporting and track expenses to budget.
• Support email and CRM strategy, executing processes and approvals for all Sphere sends.
• Create marketing reports in Excel and PowerPoint to identify key insights.
• Assist in strategy and brainstorming meetings with brand, social, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience with an event, hospitality, or entertainment brand.
• Minimum intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Sharepoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
