Associate Recruiter (Gamedev): Managing the full talent pipeline for a Las Vegas-based game studio focused on the Roblox platform with an accent on sourcing, outreach, and coordination. Focus on identifying talent within gaming and creator communities and contributing to a fast-moving studio environment.

Location: This is a remote-first role open to candidates anywhere in the world. Las Vegas-based team members work in-office Tuesday through Friday (Monday optional). If Vegas sounds fun, we offer relocation support for candidates interested in moving here.

What you will do

• Source candidates across various platforms, including Discord, Twitter/X, Roblox creator communities, and YouTube.
• Craft outreach messages tailored to the gaming and creator community.
• Coordinate the recruiting process, including scheduling, follow-ups, and maintaining candidate status.
• Maintain tracking of pipelines, candidate status, and notes to ensure clean data.
• Learn full-cycle recruiting through direct coaching and mentorship.
• Identify and flag talent organically within the community, even when there isn't an open role.

Requirements

• Zero to minimal formal recruiting experience.
• Deep familiarity with the Roblox ecosystem, including games, UGC economy, creators, and culture.
• Genuine activity in gaming and creator communities online.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Organized enough to track multiple things at once.
• Hungry to learn something new and build real skills quickly.

• Experience being part of or managing a gaming community, server, or creator project.
