Founding Engineer (AI-Native CRM)

hirify.global is a YC F25 startup building an AI-native, agentic CRM for managing customer relationships and business processes.

What you will do

• Build the core platform that enables humans and AI agents to collaborate on business processes.
• Invent interaction patterns for human-agent and agent-to-agent collaboration.
• Architect reliable AI systems that operate real business workflows at scale.
• Experiment with new models, tools, and approaches, then ship them to production.
• Work directly with customers to translate their problems into product features.
• Shape engineering culture, technical decisions, and development standards.

Requirements

• 1+ years of professional experience.
• Several years of experience with Next.js and TypeScript.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills, including data modeling and product interface quality.
• Independent, action-oriented approach and a high standard for engineering craft.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code.
• Paid work trial takes place onsite for 2–3 days.

Nice to have

• Experience building AI agents or multi-agent systems.
• Founding experience at any level.
