What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and GEO strategies aligned with commercial business objectives.
- Optimize content and site architecture for evolving AI-driven search environments and LLMs.
- Take direct ownership of technical SEO, proactively identifying and implementing fixes to improve crawlability and site health.
- Partner with content and CRO teams to ensure search demand is converted into business leads.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like GSC, Ahrefs, and Conductor to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, analytics, and development to embed best practices.
Requirements
- Proven track record in SEO driving measurable organic growth and commercial impact.
- Extensive experience with technical SEO and hands-on implementation of metadata, schema, and redirects.
- Proficiency in setting up and managing SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven search landscapes, semantic search, and structured data.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into prioritized optimization plans.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for influencing cross-functional teams.
