Location: Must be based in Nottingham, UK. This role is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days a week onsite at the Nottingham office.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO and GEO strategies aligned with commercial business objectives.
  • Optimize content and site architecture for evolving AI-driven search environments and LLMs.
  • Take direct ownership of technical SEO, proactively identifying and implementing fixes to improve crawlability and site health.
  • Partner with content and CRO teams to ensure search demand is converted into business leads.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools like GSC, Ahrefs, and Conductor to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, analytics, and development to embed best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in SEO driving measurable organic growth and commercial impact.
  • Extensive experience with technical SEO and hands-on implementation of metadata, schema, and redirects.
  • Proficiency in setting up and managing SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven search landscapes, semantic search, and structured data.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into prioritized optimization plans.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for influencing cross-functional teams.
