What you will do

• Define and lead GTM strategies and messaging for platform products including AI Hub and Agent Gateway.
• Translate complex technical concepts like LLMs and agentic systems into compelling value propositions for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to influence product direction and shape launch strategies for new features.
• Amplify joint value propositions with key technology partners such as AWS, Google Cloud, and OpenAI.
• Conduct market research to inform competitive positioning and address customer needs.
• Create technical content, including demos and thought leadership, to enable GTM teams and customers.

Requirements

• Strong background in Engineering or Product Management with mastery of modern commerce architecture and AI concepts.
• Deep understanding of technical domains including LLMs, agent orchestration, and API-driven systems.
• Proven ability to turn complex technical constraints into clear, scalable marketing narratives.
• Experience in high-growth, global organizations with repeatable product launch processes.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Boston or London.
• English proficiency required.
