Location: This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $73,000-95,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead research initiatives to keep the Strategy team ahead of the curve.
• Monitor competitor pricing, product launches, and strategic shifts to identify threats and opportunities.
• Decode macroeconomic and industry trends to sharpen long-term forecasting and strategy efforts.
• Design customer-facing surveys and conduct interviews with industry experts to uncover market gaps.
• Assist in market sizing and opportunity analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Transform complex datasets into clear, high-impact visualizations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in strategy, research, or data analysis.
• Proven experience in market research or a similar role, with a mastery of both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
• Proficiency with survey platforms (like Qualtrics or SurveyMonkey) and advanced mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
• A strong familiarity with the B2B SaaS industry (preferred) and the agility to work in a high-speed environment.
• Top-tier written and verbal skills that allow you to present complex findings with simplicity and punch.
• The ability to travel 4–6 times a year for in-person strategy sessions and collaborative summits.
