What you will do

  • Own and execute expansion strategies across your portfolio by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Build and execute tailored account plans, including regular business reviews and proactive engagement strategies.
  • Monitor product adoption and usage metrics to ensure customers are realizing value.
  • Take full ownership of revenue targets, consistently delivering against and exceeding quota.
  • Partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets within a quota-carrying role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and close growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Highly coachable with a growth mindset and openness to feedback.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) for pipeline and account management.
