What you will do

• Act as a technical architect for hirify.global technologies, providing strategic guidance and expertise to customers.
• Work with customers to design and deploy solutions based on hirify.global technologies, ensuring their successful implementation.
• Carry out advanced hands-on configuration and coding activities as required to address customer requirements.
• Provide Scoping activity for all engagement types, including large-scale and complex customer use cases.
• Understand feature requests and advocate for customers and users with Product Management and/or Engineering, influencing product development.
• Work with existing customers to improve customer satisfaction, actively driving positive outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and implementing automation scripts for system configurations and deployments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of related open source and cloud-native technologies (e.g., other Linux distributions, Kubernetes).
• Expert ability to manage and lead customer engagements from initiation to completion.
• Experience in guiding and developing less experienced technical professionals.
• Advanced understanding of a range of hirify.global's products and solutions portfolio.
