Salary: $106,250 to $125,000

What you will do

• Lead customer onboarding, including platform configuration and workflow setup.
• Deliver onboarding and enablement sessions to ensure effective use of hirify.global.
• Analyze customer eDiscovery processes and recommend workflow improvements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
• Support customers transitioning from other eDiscovery platforms.
• Troubleshoot workflow challenges, collaborating with Support and Product teams.

Requirements

• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experienced in product implementation, integration, and configuration.
• Proficiency with CRM and customer success tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight).
• Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• 3-6 years of experience working in eDiscovery platforms or legal technology solutions.
• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or other Relativity certifications preferred.
