Enterprise Risk Management Lead (AI): Overseeing hirify.global’s Enterprise Risk and Third Party Risk Management programs with an accent on AI-first integration, automation, and regulatory scalability. Location: Must be based in or able to work from Denver (CO), San Francisco (CA), or New York (NY) with a 2-3 day per week hybrid office expectation.

Salary: $137,870 - $218,000 per year (varies by location).

What you will do

  • Lead the integration of AI, machine learning, and automation into risk monitoring, control testing, and incident management workflows.
  • Own and operate the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) programs across all entities.
  • Translate complex regulatory and risk datasets into actionable insights for senior leadership.
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of compliance professionals while balancing individual hands-on contributions.
  • Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to define and implement AI-driven risk decisioning engines.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Security, Procurement, and IT to ensure program scalability and auditability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building and scaling enterprise-wide risk or compliance programs in highly regulated environments like fintech or financial services.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing AI, automation, or advanced analytics into compliance workflows.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Ability to synthesize multi-domain risk findings into clear recommendations for executive-level audiences.
  • Must be available for hybrid work in Denver, San Francisco, or New York.
