Salary: $137,870 - $218,000 per year (varies by location).

What you will do
- Lead the integration of AI, machine learning, and automation into risk monitoring, control testing, and incident management workflows.
- Own and operate the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) programs across all entities.
- Translate complex regulatory and risk datasets into actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of compliance professionals while balancing individual hands-on contributions.
- Partner with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to define and implement AI-driven risk decisioning engines.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Security, Procurement, and IT to ensure program scalability and auditability.
Requirements
- Proven experience building and scaling enterprise-wide risk or compliance programs in highly regulated environments like fintech or financial services.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience implementing AI, automation, or advanced analytics into compliance workflows.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Ability to synthesize multi-domain risk findings into clear recommendations for executive-level audiences.
- Must be available for hybrid work in Denver, San Francisco, or New York.
