Salary: $224,995 — $264,700 USD

What you will do

• Negotiate highly-tailored, precedent-setting agreements with strategic payments and fintech counterparties.
• Drive novel agreement structures while providing actionable, business-centric legal advice.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, BD, and Compliance to close complex deals rapidly.
• Develop scalable strategies to address legal risk while maintaining business flexibility.
• Act as a trusted business partner to help execute transactional and product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of transactional legal experience in-house or at a leading law firm.
• JD degree and current license to practice in a U.S. state.
• Deep expertise in fintech, payment networks, or banking sectors.
• Ability to apply human-in-the-loop practices when using generative AI tools for daily workflows.
• Excellent commercial drafting and negotiation skills with a business-pragmatic approach.
