What you will do

• Advise on risk assessment and regulatory reviews for new product launches.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements.
• Provide expert guidance on compliance with data privacy and consumer protection laws.
• Collaborate with business units to solve complex legal issues.
• Translate complex legal requirements for non-legal stakeholders.

Requirements

• JD degree and license to practice law in relevant US jurisdictions.
• 7-11 years of relevant legal experience in a large law firm or in-house environment.
• Proven track record of handling matters for financial services, privacy, or regulated industries.
• Ability to develop practical strategies from a legal perspective for complex business issues.
