What you will do

• Partner with leadership to define product positioning and targeted audience strategies for business units.
• Develop and execute integrated inbound and outbound demand generation programs.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns including paid search, social, display, and account-based marketing.
• Utilize AI tools to automate workflows, personalize messaging, and optimize campaign targeting.
• Create high-converting landing pages, email copy, and content offers to support the sales pipeline.
• Analyze and report on key performance metrics including MQLs, SQLs, and campaign ROI.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or growth marketing.
• Proven track record of managing successful B2B marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to report on performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Pardot.
• Strong communication skills and ability to align marketing efforts with sales priorities.
• Must have existing work authorization for the United States (no sponsorship available).
