Senior Experiential Producer (Experiential Production): Leading high-end experiential production for diverse clients from kickoff through delivery, managing technical feasibility and project lifecycles with an accent on technical production, vendor management, and complex budgeting. Focus on managing cross-functional teams, ensuring quality creative/technical execution, and driving profitability for large-scale event activations.

Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in New York, NY

Salary: $130,000–$150,000/year

What you will do

  • Manage creative and technical production, including planning schedules and overseeing junior team members.
  • Collaborate with AV, lighting, and fabrication partners to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Develop and manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets up to $3MM.
  • Oversee on-site installation, troubleshooting, and load-in processes.
  • Source and manage vendors, contractors, and specialty tech partners.
  • Ensure project compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and licensing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in experiential marketing and event production.
  • Proven track record of managing teams and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong understanding of technical production components like AV, lighting, and scenic fabrication.
  • Expertise in budget management and vendor relationship negotiation.
  • Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects.
