What you will do
- Manage inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, membership needs, and order-related concerns.
- Execute customer retention strategies by addressing cancellation requests effectively.
- Maintain high service standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent and timely resolution of issues.
Requirements
- Fluent proficiency in both English and French is required.
- Strong soft skills with a positive, upbeat professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle back-to-back contacts in a fast-paced setting.
- Own computer with sufficient RAM and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Ability to work independently as an Independent Contractor.
