What you will do
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction score through personalized and in-depth support via email, chat, and phone.
- Anticipate clients' expectations and understand their needs to continuously improve the product.
- Set up internal processes to better respond to customer requests, using a continuous improvement methodology.
Requirements
- Experience up to one year in a customer support or customer service-oriented role with high-profile clients.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Customer-centric with empathy and adaptability in communication.
- Team spirit and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to identify customer pain points and strive for continuous improvement.
- Fluent in French and English.
