What you will do
- Deliver technical support via phone, email, and online sessions regarding 3D hardware and software.
- Manage and document customer support cases efficiently within the company CRM.
- Maintain strong relationships with international reselling partners and end-users.
- Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex customer feedback.
- Represent the company at occasional on-site industry events.
Requirements
- Language proficiency: French and Ukrainian (B2 level or higher).
- English language proficiency: Intermediate (B1) for internal communication.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-oriented service approach.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under stress.
