• Provide meaningful solutions and support to members via email, chat, and phone.
• Master the intricacies of the French healthcare system and B2B partner needs.
• Bhirify.globalce core support duties (80%) with innovative care projects (20%).
• Identify and implement process improvements using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate on cross-community product innovations to boost member empowerment.
• Guide and support fellow team members to ensure peak performance.

Requirements

• Full working proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Must be a resident of France for tax purposes.
• Strong digital literacy and confidence in navigating new technology.
• Natural empathy and calm presence when interacting with members.
• Proactive mindset with a desire to take initiative and turn ideas into action.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, asynchronous work environment.
