Product Designer (PropTech)

TL;DR

Product Designer (PropTech): Designing and refining intuitive user experiences for estate agency platforms with an accent on complex workflows and high-converting marketing journeys. Focus on conducting user research, prototyping in Figma, and collaborating cross-functionally to shape product strategy and solve business challenges.

Location: Must be based in the UK and able to work in the Manchester office (Hybrid, up to 4 days WFH)

Salary: £45,000 – £55,000

What you will do

• Partner with product managers and engineers to actively shape the product roadmap.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate prototypes and workflows.
• Develop design concepts from low-fi sketches to high-fidelity, polished prototypes in Figma.
• Facilitate workshops to synthesize user insights and ideate solutions.
• Iterate on UI through close technical collaboration and understanding system constraints.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
• Around 3 years of experience in Product or UX Design.
• Proficiency in Figma and experience maintaining design systems.
• Strong background in conducting independent user research and testing.
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions to engineers and stakeholders.
