Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to London, UK (Hybrid: in-office 3 days/week).

What you will do

• Craft end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile platforms that simplify complex identity and spend management logic.
• Translate user feedback and market data into actionable design strategies that align with business goals.
• Define problem statements and collaborate with product managers and engineers to ship high-value features.
• Contribute to and evolve the company design system to maintain consistency while driving innovation.
• Advocate for accessibility and usability to ensure intuitive interactions for a global, diverse user base.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in a fast-growing tech environment.
• Proven ability to design simple, scalable solutions for complex systems.
• Strong systems thinking with extensive experience using and contributing to design systems.
• Effective storytelling skills to align stakeholders and communicate the rationale behind design decisions.
• Fluent English (official office language).
• Must be based within commuting distance of London or open to relocation.

• Professional experience in FinTech, SaaS, or Expense Management products.
