Salary: $189,000 – $231,000 USD

What you will do
- Shape global and regional revenue strategies by partnering with business leaders.
- Conduct advanced market and product analyses to identify expansion opportunities.
- Manage the reporting framework for sales and post-sales KPIs to guide strategic investments.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions within the Sales organization.
- Facilitate executive-level business reviews and operating cadences.
- Collaborate across Product, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to align customer lifecycle outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years in top-tier Management or Strategy Consulting.
- 2+ years of operating experience in B2B SaaS Business/Sales Operations.
- Proven track record of defining GTM strategies and improving retention/expansion metrics.
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a high-growth environment.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in SFDC including reporting and record management.
- Experience modeling and analyzing complex, large data sets.
- Demonstrated passion for the data analytics industry.
