Salary: 85,000 – 100,000 CAD

What you will do

• Develop and manage group benefits and retirement savings programs aligned with global strategy.
• Lead annual renewal processes and support open enrollment operations.
• Oversee vendor relationships and manage RFP processes to ensure service level compliance.
• Administer and optimize leave of absence programs across Canada and the U.S.
• Collaborate with HRIS and payroll teams to troubleshoot system issues and improve data accessibility.
• Analyze key metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify market trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing employee benefits programs in Canada and the U.S.
• Fluency in English is required as the primary working language.
• Deep knowledge of leave management including disability and parental leave.
• Strong vendor and broker management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working in a fast-paced technology company.
• Prior experience with Workday.
