Senior Benefits Analyst (Fintech): Managing and implementing complex group benefits and retirement programs across North America with an accent on vendor oversight and regulatory compliance. Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Ontario (Hybrid: 3 days in office)
Salary: 85,000 – 100,000 CAD

What you will do
- Develop and manage group benefits and retirement savings programs aligned with global strategy.
- Lead annual renewal processes and support open enrollment operations.
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage RFP processes to ensure service level compliance.
- Administer and optimize leave of absence programs across Canada and the U.S.
- Collaborate with HRIS and payroll teams to troubleshoot system issues and improve data accessibility.
- Analyze key metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and identify market trends.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing employee benefits programs in Canada and the U.S.
- Fluency in English is required as the primary working language.
- Deep knowledge of leave management including disability and parental leave.
- Strong vendor and broker management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience working in a fast-paced technology company.
- Prior experience with Workday.
- Knowledge of benefits programs in EMEA and APAC regions.
