What you will do

• Lead the global strategy for modernizing the PRM ecosystem and platform capabilities.
• Drive the development and deployment of AI-enabled transformation initiatives to improve partner automation and efficiency.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of partner systems innovation, from requirements gathering to long-term roadmap planning.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and partner operations teams to ensure seamless system integration.
• Identify system gaps and inefficiencies to enhance data quality and partner engagement.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI solutions to support continuous digital transformation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partner operations, systems strategy, or product management.
• Strong background in managing CRM/PRM or partner-facing digital ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of AI applications, automation, and data-driven business workflows.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional system initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts into business strategy.
