What you will do

• Conduct deep discovery sessions with AI researchers and enterprise stakeholders to define strategic objectives and technical pain points.
• Design tailored solution proposals and deliver customized product demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Sales and Services teams to build accurate pricing models based on task complexity and data requirements.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact during the sales cycle, addressing inquiries on platform architecture, API integrations, and security.
• Manage a clean pre-to-post-sales handoff by documenting success criteria and project scope for delivery teams.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally to inform product roadmap and GTM strategy based on competitive market intelligence.

Requirements

• 4+ years in a customer-facing solutions engineering, consulting, or pre-sales role within a SaaS or AI environment.
• Proven ability to work through a full sales cycle with frontier AI/research labs and enterprise customers.
• Strong grasp of API design, web technologies, cloud architecture, and data transfer/security protocols.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience scoping proof-of-concept projects and managing pilot programs successfully.
• Willingness to travel periodically for client meetings and internal company events.
