An AI-native, Series B company that provides a platform to measure and develop workforce talent through validated skill assessments and generative AI.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end enterprise deployments ensuring launch readiness, platform adoption, and measurable business impact.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to clients, advising on workforce transformation using skills data and AI capabilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and senior program stakeholders at large global organizations.
  • Co-create custom assessments and deliver executive-ready insights that connect data to ROI.
  • Proactively identify and address adoption risks to ensure long-term retention and expansion.
  • Contribute to the evolution of internal AI-first delivery models and best practices.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, management consulting, or human capital transformation.
  • Proven ability to lead complex enterprise deployments and cross-functional project execution.
  • Strong experience in Strategic Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Excellent communication and data-driven influencing skills for executive audiences.
  • Fluency in leveraging AI tools for productivity and insight generation.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Background in I/O Psychology.
  • Experience managing complex enterprise accounts with ACV over $100K.
  • Familiarity with workforce analytics or predictive modeling.
