TL;DR

Location: Must be based on-site in Mobile, Alabama

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 USD

What you will do

  • Solve complex application and data exchange issues for healthcare clients.
  • Configure, route, and troubleshoot transformations within integration engines like Mirth Connect and Cloverleaf.
  • Utilize Python scripting to automate workflows and optimize data manipulation.
  • Perform root cause analysis on multi-system integration issues and implement permanent fixes.
  • Document technical solutions and manage support tickets within ServiceNow.
  • Mentor junior team members and collaborate with product development teams.

Requirements

  • 4-7 years of experience supporting healthcare integrations, interfaces, or interoperability solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with HL7 v2.x, flat files, APIs, and custom interfaces.
  • Strong proficiency in both Mirth Connect and Cloverleaf integration engines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage critical incidents.
  • Ability to participate in on-call rotations for after-hours and holiday support.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • ITIL Foundations certification.
