What you will do
- Solve complex application and data exchange issues for healthcare clients.
- Configure, route, and troubleshoot transformations within integration engines like Mirth Connect and Cloverleaf.
- Utilize Python scripting to automate workflows and optimize data manipulation.
- Perform root cause analysis on multi-system integration issues and implement permanent fixes.
- Document technical solutions and manage support tickets within ServiceNow.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with product development teams.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of experience supporting healthcare integrations, interfaces, or interoperability solutions.
- Hands-on experience with HL7 v2.x, flat files, APIs, and custom interfaces.
- Strong proficiency in both Mirth Connect and Cloverleaf integration engines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage critical incidents.
- Ability to participate in on-call rotations for after-hours and holiday support.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
