TL;DR

Senior Support Engineer (IT Infrastructure): Managing end-user technical support and SaaS administration for internal systems with an accent on maintaining ChromeOS/MacOS environments and office hardware. Salary: $69,607–$79,551/year.

What you will do

  • Provide universal technical support for staff across both office and remote environments for ChromeOS and MacOS.
  • Administer and maintain core enterprise tools including Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, and Atlassian.
  • Support on-site infrastructure including networking, AV systems, and hardware peripherals.
  • Lead technical projects to automate manual tasks and enhance overall IT service delivery.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve complex technical challenges and align with company goals.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site at the Waltham, MA headquarters 1-2 days per week.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Workspace, Jamf, and Atlassian environments.
  • Experience supporting ChromeOS and enterprise-grade hardware devices.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and solve complex technical issues with a high level of urgency.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to assist non-technical personnel with patience.

  • Previous experience in a helpdesk setting supporting diverse user bases.
  • Strong user-centric mindset with a focus on providing seamless IT experiences.
