What you will do

• Translate complex business requirements into high-impact AI agents and automations.
• Develop internal applications and workflows using Claude Code as the primary build engine.
• Orchestrate multi-agent pipelines to handle real organizational complexity.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to manage deployments and environment configurations.
• Perform functional code reviews to ensure generated outputs meet production standards.
• Manage UAT cycles and gather feedback to iteratively improve AI solutions.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Claude Code is mandatory
• Proven track record in end-to-end development of large, complex systems.
• Expertise in prompt engineering and multi-agent LLM architecture.
• Business English proficiency required
• Strong ability to translate business processes into technical AI-driven solutions.
• Ability to work independently and across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Background in DevOps or professional software engineering.
• Basic proficiency in Python or JavaScript.
• Experience drafting Product Requirements Documents (PRD).
• Previous experience with enterprise GenAI implementations.
