TL;DR

Location: Remote (United States). Preference for ET time zone; travel required (~20%).

Salary: $117,300 - $169,000

What you will do

  • Manage the full partner lifecycle post-signature, including onboarding, performance tracking, and renewal processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, addressing operational needs and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to monitor KPIs, execute recovery plans, and ensure service-level alignment.
  • Advocate for partner needs internally by providing clear, actionable feedback to Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
  • Implement and refine repeatable playbooks for partner onboarding, QBR/MBR cadences, and operational governance.
  • Ensure compliance and high-quality partner interactions across regulatory and security guardrails.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in Partner Success, Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic operational roles.
  • Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional partnerships in SaaS, health tech, or platform environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform strategic recommendations.
  • Strong communication and project management skills to synthesize complex issues into clear updates.
  • Must be based in the United States and comfortable with periodic travel (approx. 20%).
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and AI-driven workflows for productivity.

Nice to have

  • Background in wearables, healthcare, diagnostics, or other regulated environments.
  • Experience supporting D2C, B2B, or B2B2C partnership models.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and AI platforms like OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
