What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical expert for technology and solution partners.
• Lead partner onboarding, training, and development of technical certification programs.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to define and execute joint go-to-market strategies.
• Support partner-led sales cycles through technical demos, proof-of-value engagements, and ROI workshops.
• Identify technical gaps and provide structured feedback to improve the product roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 6+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, or Customer Success.
• 5+ years of direct experience in the Contact Center industry.
• Proven background working with ISV, SI, and BPO partners in enterprise SaaS environments.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
