What you will do

• Own and prioritize the Compliance backlog, translating business objectives into actionable technical milestones.
• Serve as the technical lead for integrations with KYC, risk scoring, and AML tools.
• Gather and document requirements using UML and BPMN for complex financial data flows.
• Ensure platform features comply with international standards like PSD2/3, DORA, and PCI-DSS.
• Act as a technical bridge between engineering teams, the CISO, and external vendors.
• Define sprint objectives and approve product increments to ensure high security and audit logging standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical PO, Business Analyst, or System Analyst in Fintech, BaaS, or RegTech.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Deep expertise in the DORA framework, ISO 27001, and KYC/AML/CTF lifecycle workflows.
• Proven ability to document and test RESTful APIs and webhooks.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through technical authority and influence.
• Advanced proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies for high-velocity delivery.
