What you will do

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for macOS and Windows, resolving incidents related to peripherals, networks, and SaaS apps.
• Administer user access, SSO, and security groups in Azure AD/Entra ID and troubleshoot identity management issues.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including account creation and workstation provisioning.
• Administer endpoints through Microsoft Intune and Mosyle, ensuring security compliance and EDR tool integration.
• Automate recurring IT workflows using scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Maintain IT documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Computer Science, Systems, Networks, or Cybersecurity.
• Must be able to provide a valid internship or apprenticeship agreement.
• Solid proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting macOS and Windows environments.
• Experience with ITSM practices and ticket management, ideally using Jira Service Management.
• Strong analytical and methodical approach to incident diagnosis and problem-solving.
• Professional English proficiency is required for international team communication.
