What you will do

• Design and develop NLP applications to power guest–agent interactions.
• Build effective text representations and implement NLP algorithms.
• Train, evaluate, and refine models through statistical experimentation.
• Integrate AI features into scalable production systems.
• Organize large datasets to improve conversation insights and reporting systems.
• Stay current with evolving advancements in LLMs and machine learning.

Requirements

• Must be based in Portugal.
• Solid understanding of NLP techniques including semantic extraction and classification.
• Experience applying LLMs (e.g., GPT, Gemini, BERT) and RAG systems in production.
• Proficiency in writing robust, testable, and maintainable Python code.
• Knowledge of big data frameworks and event-driven architectures.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Computational Linguistics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud platforms.
• Background in the hospitality or SaaS industry.
