What you will do

• Build and optimize AI-powered internal tools for sales pipeline analysis, customer intelligence, knowledge management, operational reporting, and executive decision support.
• Work with structured and unstructured data, including vector databases, MCP, and RAG.
• Build and maintain AI agents combining semantic and keyword search across internal knowledge bases, meeting transcripts, and CRM data.
• Manage infrastructure for AI services with support from DevOps.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, AI-enabled solutions and help drive AI-first thinking across the organization.

Requirements

• English and Russian proficiency required.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude, Cursor, Cline, or similar.
• Basic coding skills in Python (or strong motivation to learn quickly).
• Comfort with the command line, basic Linux administration, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Proven ability to drive projects end-to-end and communicate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
