Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week in Porto or Lisbon; candidates must be based in Portugal, hold Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or have a valid Portuguese work permit

What you will do

• Develop and deploy AI agents.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation systems.
• Integrate multiple large language model providers, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
• Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, and Chroma.
• Optimize context management, prompts, embeddings, semantic search, and token usage.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience in AI development.
• Strong Python or Node.js skills.
• Hands-on experience creating and deploying AI agents and implementing RAG systems.
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, context management, and token optimization.
• English and French at B2 level are mandatory.
• Availability for hybrid work twice a week in Porto or Lisbon, with Portugal-based work authorization as specified above.
