What you will do
- Develop and execute holistic organic growth strategies covering SEO, AIO, and GEO.
- Act as an SEO subject matter expert for product, engineering, and content teams.
- Analyze competitive SERP landscapes and algorithm shifts to identify performance opportunities.
- Drive visibility across generative search and AI-powered discovery platforms.
- Collaborate with product and engineering on technical SEO initiatives including schema and site migrations.
- Optimize content strategy through topic clustering and data-driven performance analysis.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience driving organic growth for high-scale, content-rich websites.
- Deep expertise in technical SEO, including crawl optimization and Core Web Vitals.
- Advanced proficiency with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven search, AIO, and GEO discovery trends.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders and set strategic priorities.
Nice to have
- Strong understanding of SEO for sports betting, iGaming, or affiliate models.
- Experience with international SEO and localized content strategies.
- Understanding of sports content lifecycles and real-time SERPs for live events.
