Growth Marketing Manager (AI Visibility & Organic Demand)

Location: Hybrid in Canada, limited to Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo; requires office attendance at least one day per week

Annual base salary: $98,300–$133,100 CAD, with a midpoint of $115,700

What you will do

• Identify and prioritize organic growth opportunities across Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, forums, communities, and emerging channels.
• Design and run AEO/GEO experiments involving content formats, distribution, entity building, and AI citation strategies.
• Develop hirify.global’s presence on platforms used by home service professionals and referenced by AI models.
• Monitor AI visibility, citation frequency, share of voice, sentiment, and AI-referred traffic across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Gemini.
• Build an off-site organic demand generation playbook and scale successful experiments.
• Partner with organic search, content, product-led growth, creative, community, PR, and brand partnership teams.

Requirements

• Proven AEO/GEO experience with measurable improvements in citation frequency, share of voice, or AI-referred traffic.
• Experience using AI tools to research, build, test, and automate workflows, agents, or other repeatable processes.
• Strong SEO fundamentals and an understanding of how AI-powered search is changing content strategy and discovery.
• Experience developing organic content strategies for LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, forums, or similar channels with growth or lead-generation goals.
• Experience with AI visibility monitoring tools such as Profound, GrackerAI, or similar platforms.
• Must be based in Canada, in Edmonton, Toronto, Vancouver, or Kitchener-Waterloo, and able to attend the office at least one day per week.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with NLP concepts, structured data, and how LLMs ingest and weight content sources.
• Experience with A/B testing content or landing pages.
• Experience with Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with demand generation workflows and organic content supporting paid and lifecycle campaigns.
