Team Lead/Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Leading the recruitment strategy and employer branding initiatives with an accent on quality, efficiency, and scalability in a high-performance e-commerce environment. Focus on coaching a global team, challenging hiring managers, and leveraging data-driven automation to identify and attract top-tier talent.

Location: Must be based in Munich, with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days per week in the office.

What you will do

  • Define and execute the global recruiting strategy to ensure high-quality hiring at scale.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a global team of 7 recruiters while remaining hands-on with critical searches.
  • Act as a key strategic partner to senior leadership, challenging hiring decisions to ensure cultural and performance alignment.
  • Optimize recruitment processes using data, AI, and automation to improve efficiency.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the candidate experience despite budget constraints.
  • Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines to support future business growth.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in People & Culture in high-performance environments, including at least 1 year in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to challenge senior leaders.
  • Business acumen with a focus on delivering high impact without large budgets.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Growth mindset and experience leveraging AI-driven tools in recruitment.
