Head of Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

📍 Munich, Germany
ARX Robotics is hiring a Head of Talent Acquisition to build and lead its global talent function during a high-growth scaling phase. This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role within a European defence tech company developing autonomous systems for NATO armies and civilian first responders.
What you’ll do:
— build and lead a world-class talent acquisition function from the ground up
— design and execute a scalable global TA strategy aligned with aggressive growth targets
— create proactive sourcing strategies and strong pipelines for hard-to-fill engineering, AI, and commercial roles
— build a data-driven recruiting operation with clear metrics and performance reporting
— optimize hiring processes and candidate experience end-to-end
— mentor and develop a high-performing TA team
— act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on talent decisions
What we’re looking for:
— proven leadership experience in talent acquisition within high-growth / hypergrowth environments
— ideally background in deep tech, hardware, robotics, or adjacent technical industries
— experience scaling organizations from approximately 100 to 500+ employees
— strong sourcing expertise and pipeline-building for complex technical roles
— experience leading and developing TA teams
— data-driven mindset with strong business acumen and stakeholder influence
— confidence partnering with executives and maintaining a high hiring bar
— fluent English
