TL;DR

Senior Recruiter (HR): Managing the full recruitment cycle and providing consultative expertise to hiring leaders with an accent on talent pipelining and market data analysis. Focus on designing sourcing strategies, mentoring team members, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany (attendance required 2 times per week in ASML office)

What you will do

  • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define position specifications and provide market data recommendations.
  • Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Evaluate candidate profiles and build robust talent pipelines to deliver strong candidate slates.
  • Maintain candidate engagement through proactive and timely communication throughout the process.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details and compensation using market guidelines.
  • Mentor other recruiters and team members to ensure service excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or equivalent experience.
  • Significant recruiting experience within corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and talent acquisition metrics.
  • Language: German required.
  • Location: Must be based in Berlin for hybrid office attendance.
