What you will do

• Manage customer relationships and act as a key technical contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Lead customer onboarding and platform configuration.
• Translate customer workflows into tailored software solutions.
• Deliver training and onboarding support to improve adoption.
• Troubleshoot issues and liaise with Product and Engineering teams.
• Support with mapping processes for customer engagement.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Customer Success, Technical Support, Onboarding or SaaS support roles.
• Exposure to field management systems.
• Understanding of customer workflows and process mapping.
• Strong understanding of client onboarding.
• Experience with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zapier.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport.
