TL;DR
Customer Success Training Specialist (SaaS): Designing and delivering targeted enablement interventions for customers to drive adoption and product value with an accent on workflow-based training. Focus on collaborating with Account Managers to mitigate adoption risk and building scalable learning assets to accelerate time-to-value in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Location: Must be based in London and able to work from the office 3 days per week

What you will do
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify training needs and translate them into structured interventions.
- Lead outcome-driven training sessions for customer champions, administrators, and end users.
- Connect product functionality to customer workflows, KPIs, and commercial objectives.
- Develop and maintain scalable training materials, playbooks, and digital resources.
- Reduce friction during onboarding and growth phases by reinforcing best practices.
- Surface adoption blockers and product feedback to internal cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS enablement, training, or customer-facing roles.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of how education and behavioral change drive retention.
- Ability to influence stakeholders from end users to senior decision-makers.
- Experience operating in a fast-moving, scale-up environment.
- Ability to work from the London office 3 days per week.
