What you will do

• Design and lead experimentation programs including A/B tests, multi-armed bandits, and causal inference studies.
• Develop and deploy predictive models for forecasting, segmentation, propensity scoring, and opportunity sizing.
• Manage and grow a team of analysts and data scientists, fostering an environment of technical excellence and mentorship.
• Define analytical priorities and allocate resources to push initiatives from initial concept to production.
• Partner with product, research, sales, and finance teams to shape organizational strategy and product growth.

Requirements

• Strong command of SQL, Python, and Git.
• Deep expertise in statistical inference, experimental design, and predictive modeling.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business questions into rigorous analytical frameworks.
• Experience leading analytics or data science teams with a track record of team growth.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and managing complex, multi-workstream roadmaps.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modern data stack tools such as BigQuery, dbt, Looker, or Airflow.
