What you will do

• Partner with product and business teams to produce data collateral for policy position papers and partnerships.
• Define and determine metrics that faithfully represent the company to regulators and the public.
• Own dashboards and pipelines to ensure consistency in externally shared data.
• Utilize AI tools to aggregate news and public data to track evolving regulatory trends.
• Develop measurement frameworks for policy communications and public-affairs campaigns.
• Design and implement analyses to measure the impact of policy implementation for external audiences.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analysis tools.
• Experience working with external and public data sources.
• Applied expertise in causal inference using quasi-experimental designs (e.g., diff-in-diff, synthetic control).
• Ability to translate complex technical analyses into clear recommendations for non-technical audiences.
• Hybrid presence: Required to be in one of the company offices at least 25% of the time.

Nice to have

• 6+ years of hands-on data science experience.
• Direct experience supporting policy, government affairs, or regulatory teams.
• Familiarity with investor-relations or financial-disclosure data standards.
