What you will do

  • Lead discovery engagements with senior client stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Technology.
  • Support clients in articulating their advertising vision, monetization ambitions, and capability gaps, and translate business goals into AdTech roadmaps and MVP scopes.
  • Advise on strategic trade-offs across DSP, SSP, Ad Server, Retail Media, and Payment Media models.
  • Shape first-party data and CDP/DMP strategies within a privacy-first landscape.
  • Produce high-quality consulting outputs, including executive recommendations, MVP option frameworks, capability maps, and high-level architecture direction.
  • Support pre-sales activities by shaping credible, business-led narratives and proposals around AdTech solutions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in AdTech, digital advertising strategy, or related consulting, with hands-on exposure to the programmatic ecosystem.
  • Strong working knowledge of the AdTech landscape, including DSP, SSP, Ad Server, CDP/DMP, programmatic fundamentals, and measurement and attribution frameworks.
  • Experience leading client-facing conversations at a strategic level, beyond platform demonstrations or technical support.
  • Ability to translate complex AdTech concepts into clear, business-oriented language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • A structured and analytical mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, frame problems, define options, and develop recommendations.
  • A background in one or more of the following areas: AdTech or MarTech consultancy, digital media agency strategy, AdTech product or solution roles, or in-house advertising technology teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Retail Media Networks, Commerce Media, or Payment Media monetization models.
  • Exposure to AI-driven advertising, personalization, or decisioning systems.
  • Experience in a consulting or advisory environment working with advertising technology clients.
  • Familiarity with first-party data strategies, identity solutions, or privacy-focused advertising approaches.
