TL;DR

Paid Social Lead (Marketing): Managing and scaling global paid social strategy with an accent on creative pipeline development and performance measurement. Focus on optimizing incrementality testing, improving data signals, and collaborating across creative and data teams to drive high-velocity performance growth.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Berlin, Germany (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Lead the global paid social roadmap, managing media agency relationships and multi-million dollar budgets.
  • Translate performance data into design briefs and manage a high-velocity creative testing roadmap.
  • Integrate high-performing User-Generated Content (UGC) into the paid funnel in collaboration with organic teams.
  • Conduct incrementality testing to determine iROAS across platforms and geographies.
  • Partner with martech and web teams to optimize signals, audience targeting, and landing page mobile experiences.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in paid social campaign management.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Proven experience in managing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, and Reddit.
  • Experience building creative feedback loops between insights and production teams.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and measurement frameworks like incrementality testing.
  • Must have existing work authorization for Germany; relocation and visa sponsorship are not provided.
